WOMEN WHO RALLY

SPECIAL REPORT BY WAIRIMU NYATHIRA

     Welcome to Women Who Rally!

Women in male-dominated sports have been breaking barriers and making significant strides. Their resilience and determination have paved the way for more inclusivity and diversity in the sporting world. These women have shown remarkable skill and talent, proving that gender is not a limitation when it comes to excelling in sports.

From motorsports to combat sports, women have been challenging stereotypes and proving their capabilities on the field. Their dedication to their craft and relentless pursuit of excellence have inspired many others to follow in their footsteps. These trailblazing women have shown that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible, regardless of the challenges they may face.

As we celebrate these women who are rallying against the odds in male-dominated sports, it is important to recognize their achievements and the impact they have had on the sporting community. Their courage and determination serve as a beacon of hope for future generations of female athletes, encouraging them to dream big and never give up on their goals.

WHY I LOVE MOTORSPORT- RALLY- I AM NOT A RALLY DRIVER I WATCH CELEBRATE AND WRITE ABOUT RALLIES.
I love rallying because as a creative, rallying does capture my imagination.

Rallying, with its diverse elements from the cars to the people involved, captivates my creative mind. Rallies like The East African Safari Classic Rally, and Safari Rally, hold a special place in my heart. The raw connection between the talented drivers and the unedited nature during a rally is simply mesmerizing.

The essence of rallying lies in the human versus nature dynamic. Witnessing skilled drivers maneuver through the rugged terrains showcases the unfiltered beauty of nature. The seamless synchronization between the drivers and their rally cars creates an exhilarating experience, where the drivers themselves become the ultimate rivals in the adrenaline-fueled competition.

  2. The East African Safari Classic Rally
  3. Kenya National Rally Championship
  4. Equator Rally – (African Rally Championship)

WHY I LOVE MOTORSPORT- FORMULA 1

When I start writing why I love Formula 1  believe me it will be about the F1 Cars, Michael Schumacher, and  Lewis Hamilton. I am excited about 2025, Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton’s Legacy on top of legacy (Schumacher), the emotions, and the championship battles. 2025 will be everything and anything.

Just like In 1996, Schumacher moved to Ferrari, they hadn’t won the Drivers’ Championship since Jody Scheckter in 1979. Hamilton’s arrival at Ferrari will be something.
