The wait is over! The Nairobi International Cup (NaiCup) 2025 is set to bring an electrifying football experience, uniting thousands of young athletes, coaches, and fans. With a packed calendar of events, this year promises to be even bigger and better, shaping the future of grassroots football in Kenya and beyond.
What’s in Store for NaiCup 2025?
With over 10,000 participants and 294 registered teams in NaiCup 2024, the tournament has solidified itself as one of the most influential youth football competitions in East Africa. Already, 320 teams have been approved for NaiCup 2025, and the excitement is building!
Key Events on the NaiCup 2025 Calendar
📅 March 1st Under-13 Boys NaiCup Legacy Cup at Two Rivers Sports District. A thrilling tournament showcasing the youngest rising stars in football. 16 Teams playoff, 8 knockouts, 4 teams into semi final and two teams to the final.
📅 April 14th-18th: SKEIYA Football Residential Scouting Camp in partnership with Next Level Global Recruiting Agency at Lenana School, Nairobi. Players aged 17-23 years can register here: https://zfrmz.com/2GlqdKwyJqiSvc1jaQiR
The SKEIYA FOOTBALL SCOUTING CAMP, in partnership with Next Level Global Recruiting Agency (NLGRA), is being held for the first time in Kenya, featuring NLGRA CEO and scout Jouko Gorissen, along with SportQube founder Jason Calder-McLaren, UEFA B Coach, Football Talent ID & Opposition Analyst. This innovative camp utilizes groundbreaking AI Analytics and AI Live-Streaming technology to provide real-time scouting opportunities with international teams. It aims to showcase East Africa’s talent on a global stage, offering players a unique chance to be discovered by professional clubs worldwide.

⚽ July: Women’s Showcase – A dedicated event celebrating the incredible talent in women’s football and providing opportunities for female athletes to shine.
🏆 August 12th-18th: The main NaiCup Tournament at Lenana School & Polo Grounds. This will be the grand culmination of months of intense football action, featuring top teams from across the region.
NaiCup is about creating impact beyond the pitch, ensuring that young athletes benefit from the tournament not just during match days, but through ongoing mentorship, skills training, and career-building opportunities.
With support from Decathlon Kenya, the tournament will feature high-quality Kipsta balls to ensure fair play and skill development, while SKEIYA’s Residential Scouting Camp will open doors for players seeking international exposure and RI Sports will share this narratives.
